@watchdog This topic really creeps me out. I did some research on this topic as well.
It seems that while Obama is doing this, and has in fact expanded the program, the program began under President Bush.
Janet Napalitano has publicly supported the program, she was appointed by Mr. Obama.
The ACLU has publicly denounced the program saying that “that fusion centers posed grave threats to Americans’ privacy and civil liberties, and that they needed clear guidelines and independent oversight.”
It seems to me that the program is meant to target Muslim American citizens. Is that what you’ve found and read as well?

However it seems that mosques and muslims are mostly being targeted. Do you have any indication that other groups are being targeted as well?
